Anonymous Reporting

This form is designed for students/parents/community members to report an issue that is of concern to them regarding an NMRHS student or incident on school property. Your report will be anonymous unless you fill in your email address or full name, please note that your email address or name will remain anonymous even if given unless you request a response. All information is CONFIDENTIAL however we will be using this information to look into the concern. Reports may be made anonymously, but no disciplinary action will be taken against an alleged aggressor solely on the basis of an anonymous report.
