North Middlesex Athletics Hall of Fame
The North Middlesex (NM) Athletics Hall of Fame recognizes and honors those NM High School athletes, coaches, teams, administrators, and special contributors who made exceptional contributions in their respective sports or coaching/support roles and who helped to bring honor, recognition, distinction, and excellence to NM Athletics by their conduct both on and off the playing surface of competition. The individuals or groups honored have continued to demonstrate the values and skills imparted by high school interscholastic athletics. This recognition will foster a spirit of pride and community as well as serve as a historical account of the athletic traditions in North Middlesex.

Nomination
A candidate may be nominated for Hall of Fame induction by any member, former or current, of the NM community.
Nominations can be submitted through the North Middlesex Athletics Hall Of Fame Nomination Form. Nominations may also be made in person with the NM Athletic Director.
A completed nomination must be received by the Athletic Director by April 1st for fall induction (ie: April 1, 2024 for fall 2024 induction). Nominations received after this date will be considered during the subsequent nomination cycle. No nomination will be considered unless proper supporting evidence and a completed nomination form is provided by the April 1st deadline. Nominations with missing information will not be considered.
Individuals may not nominate themselves.
Previous nominations from the Hall of Fame inductions are null and void. Any possible inductees would need to be renominated with all supporting evidence.
Nomination Requirements are as follows:
Student-athlete (including team manager)
- Minimum of five years since graduating from high school.
- Current citizen in good standing within current school, career, military, or life situation.
- Must have been an All League, All Star, All Conference or All State Athlete.
- Exhibited the highest-level standards of conduct during competition, as a student on campus, and as a citizen in the community.
- Recognized accomplishments will include individual and team accomplishments, individual or team records held, and impact on teams and the overall athletic program at NM high school.
- Criteria is based primarily on performance in and impact to NM High School athletics.
Coach or Athletic Trainer
- Must be a minimum of five years between last season of coaching or working as an athletic trainer and nomination.
- Must have led a team to a District, Conference, or State Championship
- Must have contributed toward promoting sound educational values in their athletes.
- Made an outstanding impact on the athletic program during his/her tenure.
Team
- Minimum of five years since the team’s notable accomplishments, all team members must have graduated from high school a minimum of five years.
- Exhibited the highest-level standards of conduct during competition and as students on campus.
- Recognized accomplishments will include team accomplishments, team records held, and impact on the overall athletic program at NM high school.
- Minimum State Level Qualifier
Special Contributors
- Criteria may vary depending on the specific role of the contributor.
- School or district administrators will only be recognized after a minimum of five years has passed since leaving NM employment.
- Contributors will be considered based upon their service and dedication to the athletic programs in NM.
- Achievement and impact must be so outstanding as to eliminate any question as to his/her selection.
The Board may waive any of the above requirements in special circumstances.
