From the Principal’s Desk…

Dear North Middlesex Families,

It has been a very busy week here at NM. We held our Top 25 reception, honoring the 25 seniors with the highest QPA, on Tuesday afternoon. During senior awards on Tuesday evening, 75 seniors received academic excellence awards, and approximately $70,000 in scholarships were awarded. The National Art Honor Society inducted 23 new members in a ceremony on Wednesday evening. Our band also held their spring concert last night. It was a wonderful event and I couldn’t imagine a more fitting final performance in our current building.

I would like to make you aware of the upcoming repaving of Proctor road. Milling work will take place on Monday, May 22. Paving will occur on a future date. Students and parents dropping off at the high school will be able to access Proctor Road from Main Street. Please plan accordingly, as there may be additional traffic delays. It will be great to have a new road leading to the new high school!

NM service learning will be hosting a high school yard sale on Sunday June 11 from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm in the high school parking lot. Many items not being moved to the new building will be on sale. More information about the event will be coming soon.
