Dear North Middlesex Families,

It’s opening night for Phantom of the Opera today at 7:00 pm! I hope to see many of you there. If you are unable to make it tonight, there will be matinee and evening performances on Saturday at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm. This will be the final musical to be performed at our current building.

NM Jazz Band Success!

Congratulations to the NM Jazz Band on a very successful year. At the Central District Jazz Festival held on March 1st and 8th, the group was one of only 3 Central Massachusetts schools to earn a Gold Medal and invitation to the Massachusetts State Jazz Finals. At the State Finals on March 18th, NM earned a Silver Medal.

SAT Prep English and Math at the Townsend Public Library. English Prep is 4 sessions beginning Friday March 24th 3:30pm-5:00pm. Math Prep is 2 sessions Wednesday April 5th & 12th 6:30pm-7:30pm

Cushing Academy Summer Program (July 2 - August 4)

For Boys and Girls ages 12-18. Cook Scholars Program - Provides partial scholarship to the 5 week summer program for 2017 (April 8, 2017 deadline)

PROJECT GRADUATION

Our final two meeting dates are Thursday 4/27 and 5/18.   

YOUTH ART MONTH

The North Middlesex Regional High School Art Department is pleased to announce that eight students have had their artwork selected for display at the State Transportation Building in Boston in celebration of Youth Art Month!  The show is on display and open to the public weekdays 9:00a.m.-5:00p.m. from February 26  through March 31.

ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT UPDATES

Spring Sports Parent/Athlete Night, Monday April 3rd, 6pm-8pm in the High School Auditorium

There will be a brief athletic department presentation, followed by breakout meetings with the athletic teams. During each meeting coaches will go over team expectations, rules, schedules etc...

NM PATRIOT BOOSTER

The NM Boosters are always looking for volunteers for the concession stand and other club related tasks. Next meeting will be held Wednesday, April 12th  at 7pm. Please email Patty Collins, President, nmboosters@gmail.com if you are interested in contributing.
