From the Principal’s Desk…

Dear North Middlesex Families,

Due to the snow ths week, our Program of Studies evening will take place next Thursday, February 16 at 6:00pm. All current 7-11 grade students and their families are encouraged to attend.  As of today, all students in grade 8-11 have received a packet that includes information on course selection for the 2017-2018 school year.

We are partnering with the other schools in the district and sandyhookpromise.org to start the Hello Week initiative this year. For more information about this initiative, please take 15 minutes to listen to this Harvard EdCast with Nicole Hockley, founder and managing director of Sandy Hook Promise.

NM Knows! was not published this week. Next week I will ask the staff how they plan to use the new library/media center.

Sincerely,

Isaac Taylor, Principal
