From the Principal’s Desk…

Dear North Middlesex Families,

In line with our commitment to student safety and well-being, we are joining forces with the sandyhookpromise.org to start the Hello Week initiative in our school this year. We will be joining the other schools in the district on Friday, February 10 for "No One Eats Alone" Day. On Friday, February 17 we are asking everyone to show up in as much green as possible. Students will receive more information from their advisory teachers.

Report cards were mailed home earlier this week, and should be in your mailboxes by today or tomorrow if you have not already received them. Grades can also be viewed on Aspen. Please reach out to your child’s teacher(s) with concerns. Thank you for your patience while we resolved our technical issues with our grading software.

A final reminder that our Program of Studies evening will take place next Thursday, February 9 at 6:00pm. All current 7-11 grade students and their families are encouraged to attend.  All students in grade 8-11 will have received a packet by 2/7 that includes information on course selection for the 2017-2018 school year.

Sincerely,

Isaac Taylor, Principal

One-hundred percent of the funds raised at Casino Night will go directly to the choral program to provide music and concert attire, produce concerts, and support our kids as they perform in NYC this spring.

Tickets are just $40 in advance ($45 at the door) and include a dinner buffet at 6pm, gaming from

7pm - 9:30pm, and prizes awarded at 9:30pm!  Tickets are going quickly – so get yours now and have an early Valentine’s Day celebration with us! To reserve your tickets, email nmchoirboosters@gmail.com.

NM Choir Boosters will be meeting Tuesdays Jan. 24, Jan. 31 and Feb. 7 at 6:30 pm in the choir room to prepare for the upcoming Casino Night fundraiser. If you have a child in the choral program, please consider sending at least one person to attend these meetings. Thank you
